NATIONAL FITNESS DAY JUST GOT BETTER

Join Better and rest of the UK on Wednesday 23rd September 2020 for the biggest physical activity celebration of the year. Run by UKActive, National Fitness Day aims to encourage the nation to get moving and shine a light on the benefits of being active.

Both our members and non-members will be able to enjoy a host of free fitness classes at various locations across the UK or online via the Better UK app.

We're hosting a wide range of free fitness classes at some of our Better leisure centres for both members and non-members, covering everything from Pilates to Power Pump. You can book your space via the Better UK app or online. Use the list below to discover the free classes happening near you.

Free access to Better at Home for non-members

Work up a sweat from the comfort of your home on National Fitness Day and discover fun Better at Home classes with the Better UK app. The online exercise classes will be made available for non-members on Wednesday 23rd September when following the instructions below.

Once you've downloaded and opened the Better UK app on your device:   

1. Select your preferred 'club' name
2. Tap Virtual fitness classes 
3. Tap the SIGN UP button in the top right corner
4. Enter your first name, last name, email and create a password
5. Enter the code GLLNFD as the Club Access Code
6. View and accept the terms and conditions
7. Tap the SIGN UP button

If you have a personal computer, laptop or casting device for your TV, you can enjoy the virtual classes on a bigger screen. Click the 'Use desktop version' button below and log in or follow steps 3-7 above if you're signing in for the first time.
