East Ham Leisure Centre is located in the heart of Newham and offers a variety of facilities and activities that cater for all individuals. Whether you are a senior looking to keep active or a junior wanting to kick-start your fitness journey, we provide membership options and activities that are inclusive of everyone. Our gym is kitted out with up-to-date Technogym equipment and there is an area dedicated specifically to women. We host a variety of fitness classes in our studio ranging from Yoga and Pilates to HIIT and Group Cycle, all led by our experienced instructors. If the gym isn't for you, not to threat as we have a swimming pool where we provide Swim for All and Swim for Fitness sessions. Our smaller teaching pool, fun slides and water features are perfect for swimming lessons and family days out. We also offer a variety of indoor activities including badminton and basketball in our multi-use sports hall. On request, the hall can be hired for private events.
