The gym offers dedicated strength, cardio and functional zones as well as a dedicated women's only gym in the Multi Sports Centre. Newham Leisure Centre’s fitness class studio is a modern, welcoming space designed to support a wide range of group exercise activities throughout the week alongside a dedicated group cycle studio. Additional facilities include a running track, eight-court sports hall, grass and astro turf pitches and Multi Sports Centre for basketball, cricket, athletics and more. The three‑storey soft play area provides a fun, safe and is available for general sessions and is also ideal for children’s birthday parties, offering a vibrant and memorable setting for celebrations with friends and family.
