Health commitment statement

• You wish to embark on a programme of physical activity and confirm that You do not have any health conditions which may prevent or adversely affect Your participation in the exercise programme and/or induction. If Your health status changes, You will seek guidance and clearance to exercise from Your General Practitioner or other relevant heath professional before participating any further in the physical activity.
• Your Health is your Responsibility. Exercise carries its own risk, and you should therefore never exercise beyond your ability. If you have any doubts as to your fitness, or you have any medical conditions that may affect your safety through exercise, you should seek advice from your doctor before partaking in the activity.
• When You are taking part in any physical activity You are responsible for monitoring Your own physical condition throughout Your use of Our facility. In the event of any unusual symptoms occurring, You should inform a member of staff immediately.
• You must use the equipment and facilities in the correct manner according to instructions and/or induction training; You must not use the equipment and facilities in any manner which constitutes a health and safety risk either to Yourself or to others. We are not responsible for any injury or loss You suffer as a consequence of misuse of any equipment, or of any health condition that You may have (except where Our negligence causes personal injury).

Membership Terms & conditions

1. Physical activity or exercise is undertaken at your own risk. If you have any concerns about your health, suitability for a chosen activity or your health status changes you should seek guidance from a doctor or relevant health professional before participating.
2. Always register your attendance by scanning the QR code, barcode or membership card at the centre reception or entrance gates.
3. There may be additional rules which apply to a particular facility or activity displayed in the Centre which you will also be required to follow.

Better Health Centre Adult Membership – Introductory Offer Terms and Conditions

The offer provides no setup fee and a discounted monthly rate of £36.80 for the Better Health Centre Adult (16+ years) membership when joining online before 12 January 2026, ahead of the Health Hydro opening on 19 January 2026. Members will receive free access from 19–31 January 2026, with the first Direct Debit collected on 1 February 2026 and all future payments fixed to this date. The 20% discount is calculated from the regular adult membership price of £46, which will apply from 13 January 2026; a setup fee of £12.50 will also apply. The offer of £36.80 applies to recurring monthly Direct Debit payments for the first 12 consecutive months, after which the membership will automatically increase to the standard price of £46 on 1 February 2027, with at least 10 days’ notice provided. Memberships continue each month unless cancellation terms and conditions are met. If the membership is cancelled before the end of the 12 consecutive months, any future re-joining will be subject to the standard price at the time of re-joining. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or gift voucher, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time prior to that date without notice. Better Health Centre Junior Membership – Introductory Offer Terms and Conditions

The offer provides no setup fee and a discounted monthly rate of £21.60 for the Better Health Centre Junior (under 16 years) membership when joining online before 12 January 2026, ahead of the Health Hydro opening on 19 January 2026. Members will receive the centre free from 19–31 January 2026, with the first Direct Debit collected on 1 February 2026 and all future payments fixed to this date. The 20% discount is calculated from the regular junior membership price of £27, which will apply from 13 January 2026; a setup fee of £12.50 will also apply. The offer applies to recurring monthly Direct Debit payments for the first 12 consecutive months, after which the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis at the standard price of £27. Memberships continue each month unless cancellation terms and conditions are met. If the membership is cancelled before the end of the 12 consecutive months, any future re-joining will be subject to the standard price at the time of re-joining. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or gift voucher, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time prior to that date without notice.
