We have specifically created an area in our Main Hall to provide members the perfect space for a functional full-body workout. Functional fitness is great way to improve your engery levels, overall strength and endurance. Create your own workouts using the equipment provided such as punch bag, plyo box, battle ropes and a selection of weights.

This area will be available on selected days and times, due to this please check our social networks prior to your session. This is not an instructed session, therefore no booking is required and will be run on a first come first served basis.
