Cave at The Wave is an indoor caving complex featuring 75 linear metres of caves, climbs, slides, ball pools and chambers which replicates a pot holing and caving experience in complete safety.

Visitors of the innovative indoor caving system will be able to explore intricate passageways of stalagmites, stalactites, rock pools and other natural features.
Instructors can set challenges, games and activities which will see cavers make their way around the tight squeezes, kinks, bulges and pockets that make up the super ‘Cave at The Wave.’
Cave at the Wave have the answer to all your birthday party problems with good healthy fun and lots of exciting climbing challenges, providing the perfect environment for your child on their special day.
Sessions - All Cave at the wave sessions last for 1 hour which includes a brief safety induction and helmet fitting. Sessions within the Cave system start on the hour every hour. Please ensure you arrive in good time for your safety briefing.
Have an underground Birthday Party! - Caving Party Option:
Caving Party – £10 per person (no minimum requirement, maximum of 8)
Children would get a caving session followed by food afterwards with a sweet cone included.
Joint Party - £18 per person (no minimum requirement, maximum of 8)
Children can enjoy a climbing and a caving session with food and a sweet cone included in the price.

School Holidays - We are open 7 days from 09.00 to 17.00 with the first session starting at 10.00 and last session at 15.00. Later sessions are available by arrangement.
Prices and booking
Cave at the Wave: £5 per person per session.
Joint Climb/Cave Ticket: £12.50
Children aged 11+ may cave unaccompanied by an adult. Age 10 and under must be accompanied in the building by a responsible adult aged 16+
Pre-booking of your caving session is highly recommended as our sessions fill up quickly.
Loose fitting clothes are recommended
Only closed toe shoes are allowed. For safety reasons, we cannot allow sandals, flip flops or climbing or rock shoes into the cave system.
We strongly advise against the wearing of any type of jewellery. Should you choose to do so you do this at your own risk. We do have the facility to safely secure jewellery if required.
Sessions start on the hour. The first 15 minutes will comprise of your introduction, safety briefing and helmet/harness fitting. This is then followed by 45 minutes in the caving activity area.
