
Junior Gym at Indoor Tennis Centre
Our junior gym sessions are for members aged between 11 and 17
Session Times: 3.30pm - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Our fully trained Fitness Coach will be on hand to assist you with your workout.
We ask that all junior members complete an induction which lasts 30 minutes with our Fitness Coach. In this session we will assess your fitness levels, find out about your training history and then help get you started on the best pathway to your fitness goals. All junior gym sessions need to be booked prior to your visit via our mobile app or website
