Through funding, training memberships and access to facilities, the Foundation enables athletes to focus on achieving their sporting ambitions while continuing to develop within their local communities.
The success of Belfast's athletes reflects both their individual commitment and the vital role local support plays in helping talented sportspeople progress from grassroots competition to the international stage.
Everyone at GLL and the GLL Sport Foundation wishes every athlete the very best of luck as they compete in Glasgow. Their achievements are an inspiration to communities across Belfast and demonstrate what can be achieved through dedication, resilience and the right support.
