Fitness Classes

We have a great range of classes to fit a range of fitness needs for all ages. A choice of classes take place at the centre each week, including Group Cycling, Total Body Conditioning, Boxfit and Chair to Standing Aerobics.
Monday - 2pm chair based exercises, 5pm spin 30 mins
Tuesday - 5pm spin 30 mins, 6pm Kettlebells 45 mins
Wednesday - 2pm chair based exercises, 5pm spin 30 mins, 6pm body conditioning 45 mins
Thursday - 5pm spin 30 mins, 6pm Box n Abs
Friday - Spin 30 mins
