Bodmin Leisure Centre is promoting both physical and mental wellbeing with the introduction of a weekly ‘Walking for Health’ group, starting in April.

Better want to provide the communities with a walk in a friendly, welcoming environment that promotes the social aspect of walking together. The group will allow those who attend to increase their fitness, whilst enjoying a guided low level walk. With a social tea or coffee after the walk, this is the perfect opportunity for people to keep acive, socialise and meet new people.

The first walk will take place at Bodmin Leisure Centre, on Wednesday 3rd April, 10am and will continue on a weekly basis.

Health walks are completely free! There is no need to book - just turn up on the day, complete a registration form and let the enjoyment begin.
