Senior Activities
The Copeland Pool and Fitness Centre offers a variety of activities suited for our older members, and while we don’t have any senior-specific sessions, many of our members of all ages enjoy the low-impact, low-intensity activities we have on offer.
Exercise done regularly as part of a routine is known to improve your overall fitness, your endurance, and your health. It’s even been known to help improve your mood, your confidence, and surprisingly even your social life!
We have a couple of memberships available for those over 66 years, and more information on these can either be found following the link below, or by speaking to one of our friendly members of staff in centre.
