National Fitness Day 2023
On Wednesday 20th September 2023 Workington LC will be opening the doors to provide both members and non-members with a range of free activities, and with help from the rest of the country the aim is to raise awareness in the importance of us leading healthy lifestyles through being active.
From 10 minute workouts, to the 100 squat challenge, it only takes 1 step towards improving your mental health and physical wellbeing so why not use this day as a starting point to challenge yourself and move outside of your comfort zone.
We've a variety of sessions to peak your interest, just have a look below to see if anything catches your eye:

Booking for all activities is highly recommended, through any of the options below as capacity caps are in place, gym sessions will be through Reception only and we will log you in at the time of arrival

All participicating customers will need to have a 'Pay As You Go' account set up with their up-to-date details in order to book any of the available activities. You can do this by using the following link: https://www.better.org.uk/join-membership

Customers can scan into for their chosen activity 10 minutes before the start of the session, and up to 10 minutes afterwards.
