Join us at Blaydon Leisure Centre on the 18th and 19th July for an exciting open weekend delivered as part of the Gateshead partnership, showcasing the wide range of activities, facilities, and opportunities available to our community. Whether you’re looking to get active, try something new, or connect with local services, this is a great chance to experience everything the Leisure Centre has to offer.

| Tanya from our healthwise team will be available to carry our free health checks from 9.00am-15.00pm checking your weight/BMI and blood pressure. | Womens weightlifting sessions in the gym 11.00am-12.00 & 13.00-14.00pm putting you through your paces! |
| John from, Your PT, alongside our experienced gym team, will be on hand to offer support with our modern, high quality Technogym equipment and answer any questions you may have. What do you need!
Our poolside lockers are £0.20, available at reception or via our contactless token machine, gym changing rooms require a small padlock. Vending machines and water coolers are available for use on site. If taking part in activities externally, check the weather forecast in advance, sun cream or a raincoat may be required!
