Core Conditioning Basics
We know that taking your first steps into the gym can feel a little daunting, but our Core Conditioning basic class is a great place to start. It offers a friendly and supportive setting where you can ease into exercise at your own pace. As you build strength and confidence, you’ll also have the chance to meet and socialise with other members along the way.
Senior Gym
Staying active plays an important role in strengthening muscles and supporting everyday movement. Our welcoming fitness instructors are always on hand in the gym to offer guidance, support, and reassurance whenever you need it. If you’re unsure where to begin, we offer one‑to‑one gym inductions, giving you the opportunity to work with an instructor who can help create a fitness programme tailored specifically to you and your goals.
Coffee Morning
Join us for our monthly Coffee Morning, taking place on the first Monday of every month from 8.00am to 1.00pm. Enjoy a relaxed and welcoming environment with friendly conversation and a cup of tea or coffee. It’s a great opportunity to unwind, connect with others, and start the week on a positive note. No booking required, just pop along.

Members can enjoy access to the gym and a range of fitness classes at Better Gym Sidcup and Bexleyheath, with flexible options to suit different needs and abilities.
