Junior Gym
Junior Gym offers a structured and specifically catered introduction to use of the gym for 11-15 year olds. Our Fitness instructors will give participants a programme of activities to meet their individual goals, including use of cardiovascular and core strength equipment.

Swimming Lessons
Build your child's confidence while having fun at Better's Swim School. We offer lessons and courses that are affordable and flexible, so every child can learn this essential life skill. Our programme has evolved so your child grows with it. This means from SWIMBiES (three months to three years) and Pre-school (age three to four) to our three-stage Junior programme, we are with you every step of the way.
