
Junior Gym
Junior Gym offers a structured and specifically catered introduction to use of the gym for 11-15 year olds. Our Fitness instructors will give participants a programme of activities to meet their individual goals, including use of cardiovascular and core strength equipment.

Karate
At Kentish Town Sports Centre, our action-packed karate classes provide a healthy, safe, fitness-focused class that will help enhances your child’s discipline, and develops leadership skills and social skills.
Perfect for ages 5 to 15 years, the sessions range from beginner to intermediate and run at these times each week:
Sessions:
• Wednesday: All abilities 17:00-18:00
• Friday: Advanced 17:00-18:00
• Saturday: Intermediate & Advanced 15:00-16:00
