Get Ready For The Team England National Sports Weekend at Ashburton Hall

Save the date: 18th and 19th July 2026 

Come and join us in partnership with Team England at Ashburton Hall for a weekend filled with free sports and fun family activities for everyone to enjoy.  

Ready to unleash your sporting spirit? Members and non-member can jump in and experience the excitement of Commonwealth Games-inspired sports and activities.

Whether you're trying something completely new or rediscovering a sport you love, there's plenty of fun waiting for all ages and abilities.

Body Conditioning
A full-body workout designed to improve strength, fitness and endurance.

Combat
A high-energy workout inspired by martial arts movements, perfect for improving cardiovascular fitness.

Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT)
One of our most popular classes, focusing on lower body and core strength.

Step Aerobics
A fun, choreographed workout that improves coordination and cardiovascular fitness.

Zumba
Dance-inspired fitness combining easy-to-follow moves with upbeat music.

Pilates
Improve posture, strength and flexibility through controlled movements and core-focused exercises.

Tai Chi
A gentle exercise class that promotes balance, mobility and relaxation.

Sound Bath 

Relax and reset - take time to unwind with a calming wellness experience designed to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

What to bring

  • Comfortable workout clothing
  • Suitable trainers
  • A water bottle
  • An exercise mat if you have one (for Pilates, Tai Chi and Sound Bath sessions)

If you have any health concerns or existing medical conditions, please speak to a member of the team before participating. Our instructors will be available throughout the event and can advise on suitable activities.
