NEW 55+ ACTIVITY PROGRAMME

If you are looking to keep active and stay sociable, our 55+ club activities offer something for everyone. Come along, meet likeminded people, have fun and make friends while enjoying various activities and classes.

Why not to take advantage of our fitness classes, or have a go at different sports. All is aimed at getting you active, having fun and keeping healthy at the same time. You'll receive a great support from our professional and friendly staff that will be happy to help you achieve your best.

FITNESS THAT'S FUN

Our brand new 55+ activity and social programme has sessions taking place across the week. Activities cost as little as £3.00 per session.

WHEN AND WHERE?

Take advantage of our Club Activities Programme at Thornton Heath Leisure Centre for our 55+ customers. Please find the current programme below. No matter what your ability, you're bound to find a session you'll enjoy.

Activity: 55+ Sport Session

Day & Time: Wednesdays from 9am-12pm

Description: Activities include badminton, short tennis, table tennis, short mat bowls and social activities including beverages.


Activity: Dance Aerobics

Day & Time: Wednesdays from 10am-11am

Description: Dance yourself fit! Our Dance Aerobics classes combine exercise and choreography with infectious music to keep you motivated every step of the way.


Activity: Yoga

Day & Time: Wednesdays from 11am-12pm

Description: From energetic routines to slow, serene sequences, our Yoga classes balance movement and meditation to help you feel Better inside and out.


Activity: Water Workout

Day & Time: Tuesdays from 12pm-1pm

Description: Our fun and friendly water workout classes give you all the benefits of cardiovascular exercise and provide natural levels of low-impact resistance that’s gentle on the joints.
