Thornton Heath Leisure Centre on High Street is a short walk from Thornton Heath Station and the Clock Tower, bringing fitness and swimming to the heart of the community. The gym has cardio machines and weights for your workouts, while our 25-metre pool and teaching pool offer lane swimming, lessons and aqua classes. After training, relax in the sauna and steam room, which locals love. The sports hall and indoor courts host badminton, basketball and football, and there's a group cycle studio plus exercise studios with HIIT, yoga, Pilates, barre, circuits, dance fitness and strength and conditioning classes all week. We run over-50s sessions and birthday parties for kids. We partner with  NHS groups and RAPS to support health and activity across Croydon.
