I Am Team GB - The Nation's Biggest Sports Day

Inspired by the achievements of Team GB athletes and the amazing efforts of local community heroes, I Am Team GB have created the Nation’s Biggest Sports Day, taking place on Saturday 24 August 2019. There will be hundreds of free and fun activities across the country, put on by amazing volunteers, known as I Am Team GB Games Makers.

There are a huge range of activities across the nation that you can get involved in. Thornton Heath Leisure Centre are joining in and will be hosting a range of sporting activities throughout the day - free activities include:

Short Tennis for Families - 1pm - 4pm

Badminton for Families - 1pm - 4pm

Swim For All Session (Main Pool) - 12.30pm - 2pm

Swim For All Session (Small Pool) - 1pm - 3.30pm

*Parental supervision is required at all times. *Swim Safety Rules apply. *All sessions are 'drop in' and are not instructor led.
