Choose Better Gym Hackney, located behind the town hall just off Mare Street for your gym workouts. With dedicated functional, cardio and weights zones across 3 floors, you'll be able to work out your way to achieve your fitness goals.
Gym Induction
Your gym induction starts with a 1-2-1 chat with one of our qualified Fitness Instructors who will help tailor a bespoke gym programme based on your specific goals. They'll show you how to use the equipment safely and help you to achieve maximum results.
Our gym floor is always staffed and our fitness instructors are happy to help you with any queries or support.
Refocus Session
Refocus sessions are developed specially to refresh your workout programme every 6 weeks to ensure that you are continuing to reach your goals, step by step.
Our Fitness Instructors will work with you to review your current programme, confirm that your goals are still the same and help you with what you want to achieve.
Healthier Together Hackney
