Over 55 and ready to kick start a healthier lifestyle? With so many fitness and fun social activities on offer at Phoenix Fitness Centre and Janet Adegoke Swimming Pool, including swim and group exercise classes and sports hall activities sessions  you’re sure to find something you’ll love. All is aimed at getting you active, having fun and keeping healthy at the same time. You'll receive a great support from our professional and friendly staff that will be happy to help you achieve your best.

All activities are included in our Senior Memberships which are £25 per month and gives the member access anytime to all our facilities. Sessions can be booked by resident card holders and non members.
