New Senior Club Sessions now available every Tuesday 1pm-3.30pm and Thursday 1pm-3.30pm from January 2026!
If you're aged 60+, join us for organised activity sessions, such as, Strength & Mobility Basics class, Table Tennis, Body Conditioning Basics class or Short Mat Bowls.
Get active, meet people and improve your social, mental and physical health and well-being with Better... whilst enjoying a free tea or coffee!
Activities available are:
Tuesdays
- Strength & Mobility Basics class 1pm-2pm
- Tea/coffee and chat 2pm-2.45pm
- Table Tennis 2.45pm-3.30pm
Thursdays
- Body Conditioning Basics 1pm-2pm
- Tea/coffee and chat 2pm-2.45pm
