Walking Basketball is a slowed down version of basketball limiting players to walking rather than running. Run and concede a foul, Walking basketball is a great way to exercise and meet new people, both men and women participate in the session with varying abilities and everyone is made to feel welcome.
The slowed down pace and adapted rules make it more practical for people of any ability meaning everyone can take part.
These sessions take place Mondays 11:00 – 12:00pm.
Better Club members can participate for free, non-members and local residents pay £2 a session.
