We have removed the kiosks and created a fast swipe entry on the turnstiles to improve the time it takes you to start your workout and prevent queuing in our receptions.
Our staff are now trained as concierges who are based in the customer side of the desk, ready to help you with any queries and welcome you into the centre.
For those who pay and play you will be able to pay by debit or credit card with our concierge at our front of house terminal.
