Ready to unleash your sporting spirit? Members and non-member can jump in and experience the excitement of Commonwealth Games-inspired sports and activities.
Whether you're trying something completely new or rediscovering a sport you love, there's plenty of fun waiting for all ages and abilities.

What to expect from the activities:
Open Day Gym Taster Session
Get a feel for the gym, with staff available to assist and guide you. No induction required – just turn up, warm up, and get started.
Open Day Adult & Junior Gym Taster Session
Work out alongside your child with support from our fitness team. A great introduction to healthy habits, together!
Functional Fitness taster class
Experience a mix of classes like Legs, Bums & Tums and Circuit Training – ideal for toning and building strength.
First time visiting?
No problem! Our friendly team is here to support you. Just ask if you need help with equipment, want advice, or have questions about the activities. Please warm up before using the gym or taking part in any physical sessions.
Do I need to be a member?
No – the Open Weekend is open to everyone. Simply create a free account via the Better UK app or at Register
All customers must agree to the terms & conditions and complete the waiver during registration.
