Bellingham Leisure & Lifestyle Centre on Randlesdown Road is less than five minutes from Bellingham Train Station and right next to Beckenham Place Park. Our gym has cardio machines and free weights to keep your fitness on track, while the group exercise studios offer Pilates, HIIT, boxfit and strength conditioning classes every day. The soft play is a hit with younger kids and we throw birthday parties here, too. Outside, there's a 3G artificial turf pitch for football sessions. We run programmes for children and seniors, plus women-only classes. There's also a gymnastics hall operated by Ladywell Gymnastics Club and a cafe to grab a drink after your session.
