On Friday 28th July the Alex Yee Ladywell Arena will be hosting a British Triathlon Run Bike Run Mini Duathlon event.

The event will consist of a 1km run, followed by a 5km cycle followed by another 1km run. This will be a fun and non-competitive event for children who would like to try out two of the three elements of triathlon. Both disciplines will take place on the athletics track ensuring those people taking part don’t have to contend with roads or other members of the public.

Event details are as follows.
