Leytonstone Leisure Centre on Cathall Road, a short walk from Leyton tube station, is where local fitness meets family fun. Our two-floor gym has everything for cardio and strength training, while the 25-metre pool offers lane swimming, lessons and aqua classes. There's also a teaching pool for younger swimmers. After your workout, relax in the sauna or steam room and grab a snack. Classes include Pilates, body conditioning, HIIT, group cycle, yoga, dance fitness and circuits. The sports hall hosts badminton and pickleball, and studios offer junior fitness sessions alongside our swim school and gymnastics programmes. There are also women-only swimming times.
