Our women’s only gym sessions provide a comfortable and private space for women to exercise with confidence.
- Monday: 11:00 – 16:00
- Tuesday: 08:00 – 13:30
- Wednesday: 08:00 – 11:00 & 17:00 – 22:00
- Thursday: 08:00 – 11:00
- Friday: 11:00 – 13:30 & 16:00 – 19:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00
- Sunday: Mixed all day
Please note - outside of the women’s only sessions, the gym operates as a mixed space during our general opening hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 22:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 – 17:00

Women’s Only Fitness Classes
Join in our women’s only fitness classes led by experienced female instructors. A great way to stay active and meet others in a friendly atmosphere.
Monday – 10:00 – 10:40 LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums)
Tuesday - 10:00 – 10:45 Body Conditioning
Wednesday – 10:00 – 10:40 Pilates & 17:15 – 17:55 LBT
Thursday - 10:00 – 11:00 Tai Chi & 18:00 – 18:40 Pilates
Saturday - 10:15 – 10:55 Dance Fitness

Adult & Junior Gym - Female Only
Our Adult and Junior Gym - female only sessions are the perfect opportunity for you and your junior to train together, and allow a junior member to attend outside of traditional junior gym hours, provided they are accompanied by an adult.
Our female-only adult and junior gym sessions take place in our main gym as follows:
- Monday: 11.00-16.00
- Tuesday: 08.00-13.30
- Wednesday:08.00-11.00 & 17.00-22.00
- Thursday: 08.00-11.00
- Friday: 11.00-13.30 & 16.00-19.00
- Saturday: 09.00-13.00
Our gym is a discreet, private area for you to exercise and feel comfortable in. As part of a monthly junior gym membership you receive a free induction in how to use the equipment safely and how to get the most out of your exercise.
