Dorking Sports Centre is excited to announce that our Friday Night Project is returning, bringing fun, fitness, and friends together once again!

Designed especially for young people aged 11–16, Friday Night Project is the perfect way to kick off the weekend in a safe, welcoming, and energetic environment.

Whether you’re already active or just looking to try something new, this session is all about having fun, staying healthy, and spending time with friends.

The session begins from 4:00–5:00pm, offering participants the chance to get involved in table tennis and badminton. These fast-paced, enjoyable sports are suitable for all abilities, making them ideal for both beginners and those with more experience. Friendly staff will be on hand to encourage participation and help everyone feel confident and included.

From 5:00–6:00pm, the session moves into the gym, giving participants a supervised and age-appropriate introduction to fitness equipment and exercises. This is a great opportunity to build confidence, learn new skills, and develop healthy habits in a supportive setting.

All of this is available for just £5, making Friday Night Project an affordable and enjoyable option for young people looking for something positive to do on a Friday evening.

Above all, Friday Night Project provides a safe space to relax, socialise, and have fun, while staying active and engaged. Come along, bring a friend, and be part of an exciting return of a much-loved programme at Dorking Sports Centre.

Spaces may be limited, so don’t miss out - we can’t wait to welcome you back!
