Fitness Classes

Body Conditioning

This full body workout is achieved through high reps & non-cardio exercises using body bars, barbells, dumbbells and body weight.

We host Body Conditioning classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday.

Legs, Bums & Tums

Legs bums and tums classes can involve lunges, jumping, crunches, steps and squats. LBT is a full-body aerobic workout that will make you work up a sweat. Designed to target specific areas –core and lower body- LBT classes will help you to build muscle and improve overall strength and stability.

We host Legs Bums & Tums on Sunday.

Group Cycle

By far our most popular class! Energising, exhilarating, turn up the gears and sweat it out at a group cycle class. Not only will you get an all-over body workout, but you'll also kick your cardio system into gear. 

We host Group Cycle classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

HIIT

High Intense Interval Training can burn a lot more calories in a short amount of time. It can raise your metabolic rate for hours after and help you gain muscle and also lose fat. You can also improve your oxygen consumption and lower resting heart rate and blood pressure.

We host HIIT classes on Monday & Tuesday.

Boxfit

Combine boxing moves with invigorating aerobic exercise to get a great all-over workout in a safe, non-competitive environment. Boxfit classes deliver a one-two punch of intense physical activity and a motivating environment to train your way to fighting fitness.

Functional Fitness

This class is designed to develop your full body strength to support with every day activities such as standing, sitting and overhead reaching. Each class includes strength and cardio exercises that will perfect form and control to hit the whole body.

We host Functional Fitness classes on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.

Zumba

Zumba is a workout featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance, performed to music. It’s a full body workout, you’ll burn calories, you’ll improve cardiovascular fitness, build endurance, It can improve your blood pressure and it’s very social.

We host Zumba classes on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.

Yoga

A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, widely practised for health and relaxation.

We host Yoga classes on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

Pilates

Gently train your physique and improve core strength in a calming, yet challenging atmosphere. Pilates exercises focus on lengthening and strengthening muscles while challenging the core, to build a revived and resilient you.

We host Pilates classes on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.

Core Conditioning

Core work allows you to stabilize your spine, which improves and controls your posture. Core training improves balance, power strength, endurance and injury prevention.

Aqua Aerobics

An effective, low impact way to boost your cardio fitness while also strengthening the majority of your muscles. Pool exercises are especially helpful for anyone with joint issues or injury.

We host Aqua Aerobics classes on Monday & Friday.

Deep Water Aerobics

Get a full-body workout and build core strength with these high-intensity routines and feature minimal demand on the joints. You need to be a strong and confident swimmer as the deep water workout takes place in the deep end of the pool and uses buoyancy aids.

We host Deep Water Aerobics classes on Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday.
