Based in the heart of Gosforth, our centre has so much to offer. We have a gym set over two floors, hosting free weight, cardio and functional training areas complete with top of the range Technogym machines. We have a fitness studio used to host a number of instructor led fitness classes such as Group Cycle, Yoga, HIIT, Body Conditioning and many more. Our 25-metre pool offers a number of swimming sessions including Swim For Fitness (lane swimming for 11+) and Swim for All. We also host a number of water-based fitness classes in both shallow and deep water. Our small pool is host to our Family Fun Swim sessions, which includes floats and pool toys. We also house a sauna and steam room complete with a relaxation area, private cubicles and a shower area, open 7 days a week. As well as all of this, we are home to a hugely successful swim school, whereby we host both children and adult lessons, from 3 months+, all year round. We can’t wait to welcome you to our centre!
