Gosforth Leisure Centre on Regent Farm Road brings everything you need for fitness and swimming to one place, just a short walk from Regent Centre Metro Station. The gym has a full range of cardio machines and weights to suit whatever you're working on, while there are two pools-a 25-metre pool for lane swimming and a learner pool perfect for building confidence in the water. You can relax in the sauna and steam room after your workout, and there are over 40 classes every week including group cycle, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, boxfit and aqua aerobics. Junior fitness sessions and over-50s classes keep the whole community moving and we partner with Newcastle Swim Team and Newcastle Front Runners to support local sport and activity.
