Prize Draw Newcastle Trampoline Park & Gym
25th Birthday Trampoline Party Prize Draw
Promoter GLL (Greenwich Leisure Limited), Middlegate
House, The Royal Arsenal, London, SE18 6SX.
Prize Draw Period The Prize Draw commences at 12:01am on
06/06/26 and closes at 11:59pm on 26/07/26
After the closing date no further entries to the
prize draw will be permitted.
Eligible Entrants Entry is only open to UK residents aged 18
years or over.
Proof of age and identity may be required.
Participating Venues Newcastle Trampoline Park & Gym
Entry Mechanic To enter the Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants must,
during the Prize Draw Period, enter via email;
only direct email entries will be accepted,
following a link on our website. Entries will be
received into the inbox for
newcastle.trampolinegym@gll.org
Entry Limit Only one entry will be accepted per person.
Draw All entries received by the Promoter during the
Prize Draw Period will be entered into the
draw. The draw to determine the winner will
take place at 12:30 on 28/07/26. The winner
will be picked at random using an online
random number generator.
Unclaimed Prize Draw In the event of any unclaimed prize(s), the
Promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw at
12:00 on 04/08/26 to award the prize if
unclaimed by that date.
Notification Winners will be notified by email by 17:00 on
30/07/26. Entrants are responsible for having
ongoing access to the relevant inbox. GLL’s
decision in respect of all matters to do with the
prize draw will be final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
Publication The winners agree to the use of their name and
image in any publicity material, as well as their
entry. The first name of the winner in the Draw
will be published on the Promoter’s social
media page on 31/07/26 .
Use Of Data Any personal data relating to the winner, or any
other entrants will be used solely in accordance
with current UK data protection legislation and
will not be disclosed to a third party without
the entrant’s prior consent.
Prize(s) The first eligible entry randomly drawn in the
Draw from all entries received during the Prize
Draw Period will the choice of either a
Trampoline Park Party or soft play party for up
to 10 kids. Parties last 90 mins; 60 mins activity
followed by 30 mins in a party room afterwards
with hot food.
Hot food choice from standard party menu,
includes options for all dietary requirements.
Soft Play; Under 10's only.
Trampoline Park, 5 years and older, adult
supervision required for under 8's (not
included). Trampoline Park; Better grip socks
included.
Prizes are subject to availability, and GLL
reserves the right to substitute any prize with
another of equivalent value without giving
notice.
Prize Distribution The Prizes will be provided to the winner within
fourteen days of the relevant Draw date via a
nominated email detailing the particulars for
prize redemption.
Total Maximum Prize Value Total maximum value of all Prize(s) awarded in
the Prize Draw is up to £190. No cash
alternative is available.

Right To Amend or Cancel GLL shall have the right, at its sole discretion
and at any time, to change or modify these
terms and conditions. Such change shall be
effective immediately upon posting to this
webpage. GLL also reserves the right to cancel
the competition if circumstances arise outside
of its control. GLL reserves the right to cancel or
amend the competition and these terms and
conditions without notice in the event of a
catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance,
act of God or any actual or anticipated breach
of any applicable law or regulation or any other
event outside of the promoter’s control. Any
changes to the Prize Draw will be notified to
entrants as soon as possible.
