Monday 27 May sees the opening of a brand new soft play area in Newcastle, when a new giant structure launches at Newcastle Trampoline Park and Gym following a £200,000 investment from GLL, the charitable social enterprise that runs leisure facilities across Newcastle under the Better brand.

Suitable for under 8s, the 130 capacity structure features include ball pits, tunnels, slides and a variety of obstacles. There’s an area too especially for ages 3 and under.

Tim Bestford, Head of Service for GLL in Newcastle said:

“Our new soft play area is the ideal place for families whatever the weather. Locating it within our Trampoline Park means that we’ve got something for all ages to enjoy. We’ve got a great cafe too, so parents can grab a coffee and relax while the youngsters burn off some energy! We’re also taking bookings for birthday parties which are already proving incredibly popular”

Soft play sessions are an hour long and are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Bookings can be made in advance online with prices just £5 for 1 to 8 year olds and £1 for those under 12 months old.

The soft play feature is located within the popular Newcastle Trampoline Park on West Road, a multi zone trampoline facility with family and fun sessions, basketball and even fitness classes. The unique bounce arena has a mix of fun features so there's something for everyone to enjoy.
