Our Senior Club Hub Area is just for you!

Not only do we have sessions designed to keep you fit and active, we also provide a great opportunity to socialise and meet new friends in our social Club area, with free teas and coffees available after classes. All is aimed at getting you out of the house, having fun and keeping healthy at the same time. You'll receive a great support from our professional and friendly staff that will be happy to help you achieve your best.
