This slow paced version of the beautiful game is an ideal way to exercise and meet new people. Both men and women are welcome!

Walking netball

Come and enjoy a slower paced game, but still with all the fun and competition! All abilities welcome.

Health Walks

Join a group of avid walkers and follow them through some pristine walkways. Enjoy the chatter and company, then pop back to the centre for cup of tea and a hard earned biscuit.

Tea Dance

Dance yourself fit. Our Dance Aerobics classes combine exercise and choreography, with infectious music to keep you motivated every step of the way!

Circuits

We'll put you through your paces, with high energy interval training, designed to push you that little bit further. Each station will have multiple options for you, so you can choose the level you want to work at! This is led by our in house instructor Jess

Short MatBowls

A small bowls session with a friendly group already established, you'll be welcomed in to start a new hobby.

11.30-1.30

Generation gains

A new project funded by Zurich, this session aims to bring together Older Adults by getting them back to a healty lifestyle and make some new connections! Enjoy Badminton, Table Tennis, Gym and more.
