If you are looking for a spacious, modern and well-equipped gym around Welwyn Garden City, Gosling Sports Park is the one for you. The gym has dedicated cardio, strength, resistance and functional zones with nearly 100 pieces of state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, including the Hammer Strength kit.

Following recent investment, the gym has been redecorated, and a new functional area with a sledge track has been added. A new functional frame will be coming soon to complete the zone and make your gym experience even better!

Cardiovascular Zone

Get your heart racing with our range of cardiovascular equipment available. Choose from a range of Technogym gear like treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes, rowers, stair masters and more. To make your workout even more enjoyable, our cardio gym kit is equipped with touchable screens that offer access to TV, radio, Netflix, YouTube and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Resistance Zone

Tone up your body and get stronger with our range of resistance machines. Our resistance equipment from Technogym is fitted with isocontrol screens to help you during your workout by counting your reps and showing the range of motion and power. From upper body machines like chest and shoulder press, low row, and lat pulldown to lower body gear including leg press, leg extension, leg curl, adductor and abductor machines, there is plenty of options for full body workout.

Strength Zone

The strength area consists of a wide range of free weights equipment, including the Technogym plate-loaded Hammer Strength kit. Two squat racks, a smith machine, 2x chest press benches, adjustable benches, preacher curls, barbells and a wide range of dumbbells is everything you need to improve your strength.

Functional Zone

Our newly refurbished functional zone boasts a wide range of functional gear and brand new sled track with weight sled and new plates. Functional equipment includes dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, balance balls, ropes and more. To improve your gym experience even more, a new functional frame will be installed soon with additional equipment, including a punch bag.

We are excited to announce that a new state-of-the-art functional frame has been installed at Gosling Sports Park. To complement the functional area with a sled track, the centre invested in a functional frame equipped with functional gear like Punch Bag, Crux Pulley, Torso Trainer, Monkey Bars and Battle Ropes.
