Get ready for a fantastic day of fun, fitness, and inclusion! ‘Have a Go Day 2025’ is coming to Windrush Leisure Centre in Witney on Thursday 17 July, offering a full day of free sports sessions for people with disabilities.

Running from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, this exciting event—delivered in collaboration with West Oxfordshire District Council—invites individuals of all abilities to try something new, stay active, and enjoy the spirit of community.

From energising activities like Boogie Bounce, Drums Alive, and Football, to inclusive favourites like New Age Kurling, Boccia, and Exercise to Music, the day promises a welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace. Other featured sessions include Badminton, Cycle Tots, Basketball, and Swimming, with all activities adapted for accessibility where necessary.

Whether you’re new to sport or looking to reconnect with physical activity, ‘Have a Go Day 2025’ offers a fun and supportive space to build confidence, meet others, and explore what you enjoy.

Trained instructors and support staff will be available throughout the day to guide participants and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
