Facility Gym Refurbishment

As a charitable social enterprise, we're dedicated to enhancing the services we provide to your local community.

That's why we're excited to announce that we have completed some gym improvements at Energise Leisure Centre - all designed to better support your health and wellbeing.

What's Changed?

To make your workouts even more enjoyable and efficient, we’ve redesigned the gym layout to create a better flow and improved training zones. Here’s the changes which have taken place:

  • Spin Studio: Moved from the gym floor to a dedicated room upstairs for a more focused class environment
  • Cardio (CV) Area: Relocated to the current resistance/stretch zone to create a more spacious and accessible setup
  • Resistance Equipment: Shifted into the former spin studio space to optimise equipment placement and variety
  • Functional Training Zone: A brand-new area where the CV equipment used to be, offering more room for classes and functional workouts

New Equipment

Alongside the new gym layout, we've also introduced a range of new equipment across the gym floor, including:

  • Dual Abductor/Adductor
  • Dual Leg Curl/Extension
  • Cable Station
  • Half Rack
  • Skillmill

These additions are designed to give you even more variety and support in reaching your fitness goals.
