The London Youth Games (LYG) is Europe’s largest youth multi-sports competition offering a unique experience for young people in London. This multi-sport event offers opportunities for young people aged 7 to 18 across the Capital to grow and excel in various sports. The Lonbdon Youth Games are contested between the 32 London boroughs annually, running from November to July.  25 different sports make up the LYG competitions, taking place at various locations across the capital.

Greenwich Sport Development is commissioned to manage the LYG on behalf of the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Working in partnership with schools, sports clubs and community groups, we facilitate the selection of participants to take part in LYG training sessions and competitions throughout the year.
