No Strings Badminton (NSB) is a national participation programme offering low-cost, fun ‘Pay As You Go sessions’ at Keynsham. Providing participants with a friendly and welcoming environment to play badminton, socialise and keep fit on their terms, NSB is fully inclusive and open to adult players of any age or ability.
What can I expect from a No Strings Badminton session?
- To feel welcomed and encouraged to be active
- A relaxed environment that allows you to meet new friends and have fun
- A coordinator on hand to organise the session and ensure everyone is rotated on court for games
- To feel motivated to come back week after week
