Come and enjoy 2.5 hours of gymnastics fun here at The Sands. This course is ideal for beginners and improvers who would like to gain confidence and improve on technique. There will be opportunities to spend time on the trampolines, beam, vault, floor and bars.
These sessions are ideal for children aged 5 plus and we have sessions depending on abilities
All equipment provided, but please bring snacks and a water bottle and come in comfortable gym clothing. Socks are need for trampolining

Get Active with Junior Gym Sessions!
The Sands Centre Junior Gym sessions, designed to benefit 11 to 17-year-olds both physically and mentally. Our sessions provide a safe space for teenagers to meet new friends, stay active, and develop healthy habits, all under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
During the holidays we open our gym to Junior users from 10am until 5pm. 50 minute sessions must be booked and ALL juniors are required to have attended a Junior Gym Induction before attending a Junior Gym sessions
