Better Barnet are pleased to announce it’s launching a new mobile phone app to encourage Barnet residents to get physically active, giving you the opportunity to turn your physical activity into points, redeeming real life rewards.  The application will go live to all Barnet residents on 10th April 2023.

Its free to sign up for all Barnet residents and once signed up and logged in, you will have the option to link the application to either your phones health data or wearable device to record your walking, running, swimming or cycling activity.  The more you move, the more points you can earn.

In addition to competing against yourself to earn rewards, the application allows you to set up and design challenges and competitions for you and your peers to complete against one another.  Better Barnet will also be regularly adding competitions for local residents to take part in and earn additional points.

Rewards available throughout the year will change, typical rewards which will always be available are items such as free hot drinks, free equipment hire, free spa experience or even money off a membership at any one of our Better Barnet Leisure Centres

For more and full information on how to download the app, please visit https://www.better.org.uk/barnet-moves  or contact barnet.moves@gll.org.
