Taking our customer feedback on board and taking action...
For the last few years, the wet changing room lockers have operated using a non-returnable 30p token mechanism. While this system has served its purpose, we know that many of our valued customers have requested an alternative solution. We’ve listened carefully to those comments and are pleased to be introducing a more flexible and user-friendly padlock system.
What’s Changing?
From 5th-8th June, our wet side changing room lockers will be upgraded from the existing 30p token mechanism to a padlock-operated system.
Once the upgrade is complete, customers will be able to:
- Bring and use their own padlock for added convenience.
- Purchase a padlock from Reception if they do not have one or have forgotten to bring one.
- This change gives customers greater flexibility and removes the need to purchase tokens with each visit
Driven by customer feedback
Improving the customer experience is always a priority for us, and this change is a direct result of the feedback we have received.
Many customers have told us that a padlock system would be more practical, secure, and convenient. After reviewing those comments, we are pleased to be making this requested improvement.
During the upgrade
The locker conversion work will take place on the 5th and 8th of June. We will do everything possible to minimise disruption during this period and appreciate your patience while the work is being completed.
Thank you
We would like to thank all of our customers who have taken the time to share their feedback with us. Your comments help shape the improvements we make, and this locker upgrade is a great example of how your suggestions lead to positive changes.
We look forward to introducing the new system and making your visits even more convenient in the future.
