Cardio Zone

Getting your heart rate up is easy in the cardio area. You’ll find treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, StairMaster, and Assault Bikes. It’s a good space for steady sessions or something more challenging. Staff are always close by if you need help or advice.

Strength Zone

If strength training is your focus, head to the strength and free weights zone. This area includes power racks, Olympic bars, and dumbbells up to 50kg, great for building strength or working on muscle tone. The team are happy to support you as you train.

Functional Zone

The functional zone is set up for varied workouts, with battle ropes, kettlebells, and a dedicated stretching area. It’s a relaxed space for bodyweight exercises and different movements, helping you try new things and build confidence at your own pace.

Resistance Zone

The resistance machines zone includes equipment that works all the main muscle groups. Each machine is easy to follow, making it simple to track your progress. This space suits beginners and more experienced gym users, no matter how you like to move.
