From swimming lessons and holiday courses to soft play and family swims, there’s something for every age and ability.

Our SWIMBiES baby and parent swimming sessions introduce babies and toddlers to the water in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Suitable from 3 months to preschool age, these sessions help little ones build water confidence while enjoying valuable bonding time with a parent or carer.
Led by qualified instructors, sessions include gentle activities, songs and games that support early development and help children feel comfortable in the water while learning the foundations of swimming.
Our swimming lessons help children build water confidence and develop essential life skills in a safe, supportive environment. Lessons follow a structured programme that allows children to progress through different stages as their skills improve.
Classes are available for all abilities, from beginners just starting their swimming journey to more advanced swimmers looking to refine their technique.
Our Holiday Short Courses provide children with the opportunity to focus on developing specific swimming skills during school holidays. Courses are designed to support progression through the Learn to Swim framework and help swimmers strengthen technique and confidence.
These sessions are a great way to build skills while keeping active during the school break.
Our soft play area provides a safe and exciting environment for younger children to climb, explore and burn off energy. Designed especially for little ones, the colourful play equipment encourages movement, imagination and social interaction.

Teddy Tennis is a fun and engaging introduction to tennis for young children. Designed for ages 2½ to 5, these sessions combine storytelling, music and games to help children develop coordination, balance and basic tennis skills in an exciting and imaginative way.
Using child-friendly equipment and creative activities, Teddy Tennis helps children build confidence, improve movement skills and develop a love for sport in a safe and supportive environment. Sessions are designed to keep little ones active while learning through play.
A fun and interactive play session designed especially for babies and toddlers. Toddlers World provides a safe environment where little ones can explore soft play equipment, toys and activities while developing coordination, balance and confidence.
It’s a great way for young children to socialise, stay active and burn off energy in a friendly and welcoming space.
Our Ofsted-registered crèche provides a safe and caring environment for children under 5 while parents enjoy the facilities at the centre. You can take part in a class, enjoy the gym or relax in the health suite knowing your child is being well looked after.
Sessions can be booked in advance and places are limited.
Our children’s gymnastics lessons help young people develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. Following the British Gymnastics award scheme, children learn a range of skills on floor, vault and other apparatus while progressing through different stages as their confidence and ability grow.
Led by qualified instructors, these sessions are suitable for beginners as well as those looking to improve their gymnastics skills, helping children stay active while building confidence and technique.
