HYROX is a fitness training style that combines functional strength exercises with endurance and conditioning. Inspired by the global HYROX fitness race format, these sessions are designed to challenge your strength, stamina and overall fitness in an exciting and motivating environment.

Members whose membership includes fitness classes can book and attend the HYROX class at no additional cost. If your membership does not include free access to classes, you can still join by booking and paying for the session, giving everyone the opportunity to experience the challenge.
