Whether you're 45 but have the heart of a 30-year-old or vice versa, you’ll finally have a clear starting point for your journey.

A Gym experience tailored to you

The best part? The Technogym Checkup doesn't just give you data; it gives you a plan. Once your scan is complete, the results automatically sync with your Technogym app profile. When you move over to our Bio strength or cardio equipment, the machines will already know who you are. They will automatically adjust your seat position, set your resistance levels, and update your training program based on your Checkup results.
