How to Enter

You’ll just need to answer the question: “What is the height of the flume?” and provide your name, age, email address, and telephone number.
Winners will then be selected at random from all correct and valid entries.
Important Dates to Remember
The prize draw opens at 09:00 on 25 April 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 11 May 2026. After the closing date, no further entries will be accepted.
Winners will be selected at random at 10:00 on 14 May 2026 and notified by email and phone later that morning. If any prizes remain unclaimed, a redraw will take place on 23 May 2026.
Who Can Enter?
This competition is open to UK residents aged 16 and over, with a limit of one entry per person.
How Winners Are Selected
All correct entries received during the prize draw period will be entered into a random draw. The first three names selected will each win a Better Health Centre Adult Annual membership.
The winners’ first names will also be shared on the Better website and social media channels.
Terms & Conditions:
The Prize Draw commences at 09:00am on 25/04/2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 11/05/206. After the closing date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted. The Promoter is GLL (Greenwich Leisure Limited), Middlegate House, The Royal Arsenal, London, SE18 6SX. Entry is only open to UK residents aged 16 years or over. The participating venue is Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre, Rowlheys Place, West Drayton, UB7 9NQ
To enter the Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants must, during the Prize Draw Period, must complete an entry form and answer the question “What is the height of the flume?” to enter the prize draw. The entry must include your name, age, contact details (email and telephone number). Only one entry will be accepted per person. All entries received by the Promoter during the Prize Draw Period will be entered into the draw. The draw to determine the winner will take place at 10:00 on 14/05/2026. The winner will be picked at random from the correct answers using an online random number generator.
In the event of any unclaimed prize(s), the Promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw at 10:00 on 23/05/2026 to award the prize if unclaimed by that date.
Winners will be notified by email and telephone call by 11:00 on 14/05/2026. Entrants are responsible for having ongoing access to the relevant inbox. GLL’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. The first name of the winner in the Draw will be published on the Promoter’s website and social media page on 14:00 on 15/05/2026. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The first three eligible entries randomly drawn in the Draw from all correct entries received during the Prize Draw Period will win an annual Better Health Centre Membership.
Prizes are subject to availability, and GLL reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The Prizes will be provided to each winner within fourteen days of the relevant Draw date via a nominated email detailing the particulars for prize redemption.
Total maximum value of all Prize(s) awarded in the Prize Draw is up to £1,260. No cash alternative is available.

GLL shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. GLL also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. GLL reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the Prize Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
