We're committed to inspiring a passion for fitness in the next generation and believe it's never too early to start. Our Junior Gym memberships for children aged 11-17 years allows them to attend a range of activities under the same roof! From our supervised daily Junior Gym sessions to Junior Fitness Classes, Swimming and much more there's something for every level of ability and interest.
Junior Gym sessions are designed for children aged 11-17 and allow them to workout at designated timeslots. Before participating all Juniors must complete a Junior Gym induction. Once fully inducted our hourly sessions require pre-booking either online or through the Better UK app. A fitness instructor will oversee the sessions offering supervision, guidance, and assistance with any questions.
Our gym sessions for adults and juniors provide an excellent chance for families to stay active and enjoy quality time together. To inspire younger members to work out, pre-paid adult members can bring a junior member aged 11 to 17 with them during these sessions. It's the responsibility of adults to actively supervise juniors throughout the entire session.
To ensure the safety of all junior members, we provide a Junior Gym Induction led by a qualified fitness instructor who will demonstrate the correct use of equipment and exercises. All juniors must book this induction prior to their first Junior Gym session.
If your prefer to work out with others then why not try one of our junior fitness classes. Juniors 11-17 years old can take part in challenging classes facilitated by our fitness instructors. Each class is tailored to suit all ability levels and use a whole range of functional equipment and body weight exercises.
